Diagnosis

Midlobe of mesocutum with isodiametric meshes, scutellum with smaller and elongate meshes; propodeum with a complete median carina; upper-inner one-half of hind femur with a flat surface corresponding to a flat surface on lateral propodeum; midlobe of mesoscutum metallic bluish-green, sidelobes yellowish-brown; scutellum metallic bluish-green with sides yellowish-brown; fore wing with two large infuscate spots, one below middle of marginal vein, one below stigmal vein, hyaline area between spots setose.
